I help clients to understand why we experience the ‘flight or fight’ response…Think cave people,evolution & sabre-tooth tigers! ….and I also discuss simple mindfulness techniques, such as breathing exercises that can be extremely helpful in combating difficult emotions such as Anxiety or Anger.
